Who we are & what we do

We are the missing link to Chinese Manufacturers

Technical support and translation, supplier- and spare part sourcing, sales and shipping

China – one of the largest ship builder countries in the world has vessels sailing in almost every bigger shipping company. Same counts also for all of their manufacturers for the ship equipment such as main engines, deck equipment, valves and many more.

Until today many Chinese manufacturers concentrate on the sales of new products and forget a little about the necessity of the after sales.
The after sales departments are often only occupied by Chinese speaking technical- or young English speaking but technical unexperienced staff.

Furthermore it is often very difficult to find the specific spare part or the manufacturer due to Chinese labeling, missing websites or contact details or even a company which has been sold to a bigger group or in the worst case does not exist anymore.

Manufacturers United has made it its goal to support the ship operators and owners to find the link to the manufacturers by supporting in sourcing, translation and technical advisory.

Due to our long experience in China we have been able to establish a network with from small Chinese manufacturers up to the big groups – ending in a clear communication and support for each other.

We have made it our goal to make spare part inquiring for you as easy as possible – therefore we offer you:

  • “one face to the customer” – meaning you will only need one contact person for inquiries and further communication
  • Technical support to assure the spares requested and quoted items match
  • Quoting and invoicing will take place through our German based headquarter
  • Same price as if you order by the manufacturer himself
  • Saving time by leaving sourcing of Chinese suppliers to us
